The only creature that God has ever changed into another creature is man, and that did not happen slowly over billions of years of evolution but in a moment, individually, through the cleansing power of God. Sinners who repent and submit to Jesus are changed from an old, sinful creature to a new one, created in righteousness.
No other creature has been changed, only the people whom God has touched and sanctified.
