Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore, let us go forth to him outside the camp, bearing his reproach. For we have no continuing city here, but we seek one to come.

“Fear God, and keep His commandments for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil.”
Solomon, in Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
There are no secrets with God, “neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, for all things are naked and open unto the eyes of Him with whom we have to do” (Heb. 4:13). David wrote, “the darkness hideth not from thee, but the night shineth as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to thee” (Ps. 139:12).
God knows who you really are. And when you act one way before the saints and another when you are away from their presence, you are lying against the truth and drinking damnation (Jas. 3:14; 1Cor. 11:29). Let me tell you a secret that the world does not know. The carnal mind trusts too much in appearances to believe this truth: You are only who you really are when you and God are together, alone.
