Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore, let us go forth to him outside the camp, bearing his reproach. For we have no continuing city here, but we seek one to come.

From Preacher Clark’s sermon at Grandma’s house, early in 1969.
Gary CD #6, Track #3
In his sermon that day, Preacher Clark quoted the Psalmist, who said, “No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.” So then, he concluded, “What God doesn’t reveal to us must not be good for us, and we don’t want to know it.”
Amen. As I said in my book, All Things, we can be happy even if we are ignorant as long as we know that our God is not. Besides, if it is good for us to know a thing, God will reveal it to us - as long as we “walk uprightly”. So then, we need only focus on being upright; God will take care of everything else.
