Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore, let us go forth to him outside the camp, bearing his reproach. For we have no continuing city here, but we seek one to come.

Daddy:
I heard this in a recent sermon online and I liked it: “Your destiny is not what you are going to do for God; your destiny is who you are going to become in God.”

That is good, Bekah.

Amen. That IS a Good thought. I’d rather “become” than just “do”. I had to look that up to find out more . . . . Here’s a few things I found that are really WORTH “becoming”:
(Jn. 1:12) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
(Mt. 18:3) And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
(Rom. 7:4) Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
(Mk. 1:17) And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.
(1Cor. 3:18) Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seems to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
(Rom. 6:22) But now being made free from sin, and (you have) become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
There were also some things we should NOT become . . . also worth looking up!
